老宅新生/讓所有的美好在家中相遇 本案為城市近郊農(nóng)村房翻新改造項(xiàng)目,業(yè)主為退休老兩口,原房屋結(jié)構(gòu)是獨(dú)立的兩間單房屋,并且是外跨樓梯,采暖方式也是傳統(tǒng)煤炭爐取暖,門(mén)窗尺寸很小,采光不充足。本項(xiàng)目需要考慮業(yè)主退休生活的舒適度與便利性,設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)在于解決自動(dòng)采暖,樓梯內(nèi)置于室內(nèi),增加室內(nèi)采光及通風(fēng),房屋外墻較單薄,冬冷夏熱,并且老人生活系統(tǒng)收納也是設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn),本案便著重于以上問(wèn)題進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。故設(shè)計(jì)之初定位為“打造舒適干凈明亮的現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約村落住宅”的方向。在硬性功能上必須解決的問(wèn)題是室內(nèi)鋪裝地暖增加供熱系統(tǒng),增加室內(nèi)樓梯,增設(shè)儲(chǔ)水增壓設(shè)備保證24小時(shí)供水,室外在保留了部分菜地的同時(shí)增加了一塊戶外休閑區(qū)域,加裝了太陽(yáng)傘供老人夏季乘涼,院子墻面設(shè)計(jì)了基礎(chǔ)照明和造型燈光氛圍,方便老人在夜晚到院子中活動(dòng)的方便性;視覺(jué)上,以白色調(diào)貫穿整體空間,家的設(shè)計(jì)解讀其實(shí)很明了,寬敞明亮的空間,簡(jiǎn)單純粹的相聚……
